Bohemian Beach Restaurant Project – Acquisition & Value-Add Transformation

Strategic acquisition and repositioning of a seaside beach restaurant into a bohemian bistronomic destination.

Alma Lab supported the takeover and full transformation of an underperforming beach shack, converting it into a scalable hospitality asset combining natural bohemian ambiance with fresh, locally sourced bistronomic cuisine. The project focused on concept repositioning, brand identity, guest experience redesign, and operational performance.

The transformation included complete spatial reconfiguration, terrace and kitchen renovation, coastal-adapted material selection, and a distinctive bohemian design inspired by Southern and travel aesthetics.
Operational deployment covered supplier sourcing, service upgrade, seasonal team structuring, workflow optimization, procedures, and ramp-up strategy.

Results: over 19,000 meals served per season, a significant increase in perceived value, and the creation of a destination-driven beach restaurant with strong revenue potential, optimized margins, and enhanced asset value.
