Alma Lab is a studio specialised in concept creation, spatial design and operational support for hospitality projects: cafés, restaurants, gîtes, guesthouses, boutique hotels, hybrid venues, second homes and tourist accommodations.
We strongly believe that a place is more than decoration.

🍃 Our story
Studio Alma was born from a simple observation:
many places have strong potential, but lack a clear guiding thread, a strong identity or a global vision to become truly desirable and profitable.
With over 20 years of combined experience I have been directly involved in:
creating and launching restaurants and hospitality venues,
designing concepts and defining positioning and guest experience,
coordinating design, renovation and construction works,
recruiting, training and managing operational teams,
structuring workflows, budgets and operational processes,
preparing openings, repositionings and relaunches,
aligning aesthetics, functionality and economic viability.
Each project required balancing creativity and constraints, vision and execution, intuition and structure.
This operational background is the foundation of Alma Lab’s approach today.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which strongly informs my way of working.
Hospitality projects are not only technical or financial — they are deeply human. They involve emotions, decision-making pressure, team dynamics and personal commitment.
