Craft Bar & Brasserie Project – Paris | Creation & Value-Add Development
End-to-end creation of a high-performing craft bar and contemporary brasserie, developed from an empty industrial space into a vibrant, branded and profitable hospitality asset.
Alma Lab led the project from concept to opening, transforming a former workshop into a destination-driven bar–brasserie specializing in craft beers, complemented by a modern brasserie food offering.
Located in a creative Paris district frequented by advertising agencies, marketing studios and film production companies, the venue was designed to attract a dynamic, social and high-spending urban clientele.
Concept, Branding & Positioning
The project focused on building a strong, differentiated brand identity tailored to its creative ecosystem:
craft beer positioning, modern brasserie menu, optimized happy hour strategy, and a distinctive visual identity featuring a 10-meter custom zinc bar, stabilized plant wall, adaptive RGB lighting, and raw natural materials (oak, zinc, solid wood).
Architecture, Construction & Spatial Optimization
Complete architectural transformation of a 250 m² / 3-level former workshop:
façade excavation creating an interior terrace with balcony,
optimized layout: dining and bar area on the ground floor, professional kitchen in the basement, seating upstairs,
installation of elevator and dumbwaiter, redesigned staff and guest flows,
bespoke finishes: zinc bar, oak flooring, natural wood wine cellars, immersive lighting design.
A complex construction project delivered turnkey, meeting operational and regulatory standards.
