We managed the full renovation of a traditional stone mas set in a preserved natural environment, transforming it into a bright, elegant and sustainable Mediterranean residence.
1. Concept & Design – Natural Mediterranean Style
The project focused on redefining the entire experience of the place:
Soft, natural atmosphere using authentic materials: solid wood, zellige tiles, cement tiles and mineral finishes
Enhancement of natural light, volumes and exposed stone
Creation of an open-plan kitchen connected to outdoor living areas, designed for conviviality
Layout of six bedrooms, each with its own Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere
The result is a warm, organic and timeless design, perfectly integrated into its natural surroundings.
2. Construction & Complete Rehabilitation
We oversaw the full structural and technical transformation of the property:
Complete reorganisation of interior and exterior spaces
Electrical systems brought up to current standards
Installation of a new septic system and water reserve
Construction of a swimming pool surrounded by natural terraces
Creation of a paved access road to improve accessibility
Optimisation of circulation, openings and visual connections to highlight the panoramic views
Every intervention was carefully designed to respect the soul of the original building while providing modern comfort and functionality.
